Magnificent Magnetic Sunset on the eve of the New Moon

wow, i watch the sunset every night as much as possible, and tonight i saw that it was happening on the east side when i walked out the door…so i had to hop on my bicycle to quickly get to a 360º vantage point.

A spectacular sunset this evening of the New Moon.

It occurred to me as I watched the second phase of the sunset, still going, that this is the gift and play of the sun with our atmosphere and biosphere.
